We begin with in-depth discussions via email or meetings. A dedicated manager will gather all essential information—such as product details, brand style, visual direction, and budget—to ensure we accurately understand your requirements.
Will we see the proposal before the project execution begins?
Yes. Once your requirements are clarified, we will provide a customized creative design proposal. For video projects, our team will supply a plan including the script, storyboard, style references, and other key elements. Our project lead will coordinate and confirm these details with you through multiple rounds of review. You are also welcome to participate in optimizing the proposal before execution begins.
Which teams are responsible for project execution, and how do you ensure consistent style?
Once the project moves into the execution phase, our video production and design teams work simultaneously based on the approved proposal. The photography team conducts shoots in line with the confirmed style, while the design team develops visual materials—ensuring style consistency and efficient collaboration throughout the entire process.
